Terms of Service.

What do the Terms include?

(1) Little Freckles & Co. Photography reserves the right to use any photography in any form such as but not limited to the use for advertising reproduction, competitions & social media.

(2) All images are copyrighted by Little Freckles & Co. Photography, including those you purchase.

(3) Prior to any photographic services commencing Portrait Contract Agreement & Model Release Contract must be signed

(4) Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. (5) Printing & screen shooting images from the Little Freckles & Co. Photography website & social media platforms is also prohibited.

(6) Prices are subject to change without notice & are NOT negotiable.

(6) Prices are garented for 21 days after your viewing session.

(7) Due to the custom nature of photographic products no refunds will be issued.

(8) Please familiarize yourself with my work before hiring me to capture your memories.

(9) Reasonable efforts will be made to supply the goods and services in accordance with any time frames or specifications described above.

(10) By hiring Little freckles & Co. Photography, you agree to these terms.
