When can I view my gallery?

I know you will be excited to see your photos. I cant wait to share them with you. A lot of time is spent going through & only selecting the very best images from your session. The selected images for your viewing gallery are creatively edited by me.
Within 48 hours after our session I will share a sneak peak image for your session. I love it when clients share the sneak peaks with their friends and family. I do ask that the image you share is credited to Little Freckles & Co. Photography. Images are NOT altered in any way.

Approximately 3-4weeks after your session your photos will be ready for viewing*.

How long until I receive my paid for order?

Fully payment is required before any products are ordered.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to arrive. One it has arrived, I will be in contact with you to arrange pick up
No refunds or exchanges will be given on any and all products. Unless faulty or damaged. In this case the damaged or faulty product must be returned before a replacement is given

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we sure do.

We have a guide for the payment plans, in house payment plan made up 10 weeks for your collections. Pay right is another option which allows your products to be ordered that same day as your reveal.

Please note that no products are ordered until they have been paid in full.

Do you sell digital only packages?

I feel as you are hiring me to take professional photos of you and your loved ones that you deserve professional print products. Most of the collections packages have the best of both worlds (as a wise photographer once told me) with printed products and the digital copies of your prints. Photos are not meant to be kept on a USB or disc kept in a draw. Photos remind us of a time in that has already past. They let us feel that moment and share it with our loved ones. They tell our story

What if we are sick or need to reschedule?

If you or a member of your imedant family that is taking part of a session is sick your session must be rescheduled due to illness or injury please contact the studio ASAP if this occurs. If you suspect you or your children’s unwell, please DO NOT proceed wit the session & reschedule. There is no charge to reschedule due to illness or injury. However once the session has begun, there will be a $100 charge to reschedule.

I will notify you if myself or one of my family members are ill or have an injury requiring my attention. We will reschedule your session for another day.
